Buildings and Grounds

St Paul’s British Primary School is located in the quiet village of Vossem in the Commune/Gemeente of Tervuren to the east of Brussels. We occupy four buildings on Stationsstraat in Vossem, which are known by their street numbers (No.1, No.3, No.6), and the “Old Barn”.

On one side of Stationsstraat No. 6 is the Foundation Stage, which houses Nursery and Reception. Behind No.6 is a play ground.

On the opposite side of Stationsstraat is the Primary School.  No. 3 houses Year 1 and specialist rooms for French and EAL (English as an Additional Language). The newly renovated Building No. 1 houses Years 2 – 5*.

Backing on to No.1 is the “Old Barn” which has been beautifully restored to provide a school hall and gymnasium for the whole school to use from September 2009. It also houses the Primary School Library and ICT Centre.

No.3 also houses the School Reception, Administrative Offices and Staff Room. Behind No.3 and No.1 are playgrounds and a playing field, complete with a Wild Life Garden including a pond and mini farmyard.
